The Executive Board Room
The executive board room offers an exclusive, sophisticated setting with state-of-the-art technical support for the smaller, professional meeting. Catering services are available to complement your board meeting, client presentations or negotiations.
The Wasatch Rooms A & B
For larger meetings, parties, or more structured events, Willow Creek offers the 2,500 square foot Wasatch Rooms that can accommodate up to 180 guests. With warm tones and wood accents, the Wasatch Rooms are set off by a full bank of floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto magnificent mountain views, our beautifully landscaped patio and golf course. Functions can flow easily from the Wasatch Rooms onto the mountain view patio, providing a dramatically enlarged venue with accommodations of an additional 150 guests. A dance floor can be added either indoors or outside. Complete media connections are available in the Wasatch Rooms.

The Mountain View Patio provides a rich and elegant expansion to your indoor event. A special event held with breathtaking mountain views as a backdrop, will provide a memorable ambiance to your special event. Countless picturesque photo opportunities are possible nearby, with waterfalls, ponds and meticulously manicured grounds serving as a stunning backdrop.
